I think this is a way for Apple to manage expectations. If iOS 13 is heavier on the device, people with slow devices won’t be forced to upgrade via automatic updates… less complains this way… others will accuse Apple of programmed obsolescence though# 🤷🏻‍♂️ twitter.com/appleinsider/s…
